Our Specialty Layer Cakes

Our 8” cakes will serve 8-12 people.
Larger cakes, and all cakes marked with an asterisk (*)
are considered specialty order and require a minimum of three to five days notice.
(They may not be available at all times.)
Our cake sizes range from the standard 8”round
all the way up to 20” round, which will serve up to 100 people.

Chocolate Mousse Cake
chocolate cake layered with rich chocolate mousse
and covered in chocolate butercream

Raspberry Mousse Cake
vanilla cake layered with raspberry mousse and covered in vanilla buttercream

Espresso Mousse Cake
two layers of vanilla cake and one layer of chocolate cake,
layered with espresso mousse. covered in espresso buttercream,
and decorated with chocolate covered espresso beans

Bailey's Irish Cream Cake
vanilla cake layers brushed with Bailey's Irish Cream liquor,
filled with espresso mousse, frosted in vanilla buttercream,
decorated with chocolate chunks

Carrot Cake
a super-moist carrot cake made with freshly grated carrots,
layered with cream cheese filling and covered in cream cheese icing

Oreo Mousse Cake
chocolate cake layered with whipped cream and Oreo cookie pieces,
covered in vanilla buttercream, topped with Oreo cookies

Coconut Mousse Cake
vanilla cake layered with coconut mousse, frosted with
vanilla buttercream. Completely covered completely in coconut flakes

Princess Cake
a layer of chocolate cake, a layer of cheesecake are topped
with a thick layer of chocolate mousse, all covered in chocolate ganache
(8” Only – Seasonal)

*Molly Brown Cake
chocolate cake layered with whipped cream,
strawberries and bananas, covered in whipped cream
and decorated with strawberries

*Strawberry Shortcake
vanilla cake layered with whipped cream and strawberries,
covered in more whipped cream and even more strawberries

*Grand Marnier Orange Cake
Light and airy “muffin” cake brushed with Grand Marnier orange liqueur,
layered with orange mousse with mandarin orange segments,
covered in vanilla buttercream, decorated with coconut flakes on the sides

*Mandarin Orange Mousse Cake
Vanilla cake layered with mandarin orange mousse and covered in
vanilla buttercream, decorated with a sunflower design on top

*Banana Chocolate Chip Cake
rich banana cake studded with chocolate chips,
with cream cheese filling and fudge frosting

*Lemon Mousse Cake
vanilla cake layered with a light lemon mousse, covered with
vanilla buttercream and coconut flakes on the sides
